Request Database Application for Nationwide Insurance (11 month project)
- Provided design, analysis, and programming services.
- Rewrote the Access application used to track new PC deployments. More than 20,000 PC-devices are deployed annually.
- The Access database was converted to use a SQL database.
- Visual Studio 2005, VB.Net is used to automatically load orders and tracking information from PeopleSoft and Peregrine.
- This automation process replaced 2-3 FTEs.

- Convert APPX billing application to VB.net.
- More than $1.5M is billed monthly for PC Support services for 36,000 PCs.
- The application incorporates data from various internal data sources (Peregrine, BPS)

- Billing rules are maintained in an Excel spreadsheet; Rules change frequently.
